wedding speech help-I’d like to toast my husband&would like ideas on how to include something from our history
My fiance and I have known eachother since birth and grew up bickering. Everyone always told us we would end up together and we were horrified.
Well, it turns out they were right and now I’d like to somehow include a mention of that in my toast to my fiance…but how do I do so in a nice way, without saying, “Remember how we hated eachother until we were sixteen?”
Any and all help is much appreciated!
If I were you I’d go through all the old pictures ask his family for some as well especially when you were both young and then make remarks about each picture and you’ll find that you will come up with a great speech for your wedding. What would be even funnier is showing about ten on a slide show and have a remark from childhood right up to the engagment. And congratulations, let me know what you decide, I think it’s really neat, like syncronicity or something.
